ARP WASH LLC

We recently had ARP WASH, power wash, stain and seal our pavers on our front porch and back patio. Our front porch went off without a hitch and looked beautiful immediately. Our back patio was a bit more challenging since our black pavers had started to calcify. ARP treated them first but we had some issues since they were concrete pavers compared to black brick pavers on our front porch. My husband and I always thought they were both brick pavers. The process was much longer on the back patio but Ryan and his team were great. They were extremely helpful and very professional throughout the process. Ryan had to stain and seal each individual paver to blend the color and he was always receptive to any concerns we had. Ryan was very easy to work with and never charged us any additional money

I hired ARP wash to clean my windows, screens and power wash my driveway. The quality of work for the window cleaning was far below my expectations. Several windows had streaks and smudges on them and they didn’t clean the window sills or tracks / seals below the windows, which I was told is out of scope (I would expect that they would open the windows and clean all the dirt and grime that collects underneath them but I guess that’s not part of their normal service). I paid extra for screen cleaning and I was under the impression that the all parts of the screen would be wiped down but they left lose dirt and cob webs around the edges of the screens. I had a wonderful experience with ARP Wash. They helped me get Christmas lights set up on our home this year. We needed new lights too and I love how they look. Ryan and his crew were very professional and friendly. They were great at communicating everything to me clearly and did a great job on the installation of the lights. I also should mention that I contacted 2 other companies and ARP Wash had the most competitive pricing and they were very prompt in answering all my questions before I decided to go with their services. All around, I would recommend their services to anyone. They were professional, friendly and did an amazing job.

Very happy with all the work ARP wash did at our home. Pressure Washed the entire house, driveway, and pool area. They were able to remove 20 years of black buildup on our cast stone. We also learned they seal natural stone and did a great job sealing our flagstone on our patio after cleaning. Top end equipment and crew. Highly recommend!

Unbelievable service. I had a time line to get it done so that I could have pictures taken before I put my house up for sale. They went out of their way to get it done for me. Not many companies would have done that.
