We recently had Christmas Air, the Veteran owned (Go Army!) and operated HVAC company replace our entire heat pump AC system in our home in Krum, TX. From start to finish the team was honest, hardworking, and made sure everything was done in a timely and professional manner. As a locally owned business it was evident in their caring and personal approach that they truly care about their customers and the communities that they operate their business in. I had an outstanding experience with Jack Murphy from Christmas AC & Plumbing and couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of the work performed. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, attention to detail, and clear expertise. All approved repairs were completed exactly as outlined in the estimate, and it was evident that great care was taken to ensure everything was done correctly. A new sediment trap was installed on the gas line in the proper orientation, all threaded fittings were sealed with pipe dope and securely tightened, and every gas connection was bubble tested to confirm there were no leaks—giving me great peace of mind. Jack also installed a new in-line float switch on the primary condensate drain line along with a new P-trap, which was insulated

David came for an after hours check to see where water marks on ceiling were coming from. He did a very thorough check and was very helpful explaining what was likely going on. He was very kind and took time to explain everything to us, even though he had just had a very busy, long day. We appreciate everything he did to help us and will definitely call him again.

Josh is amazing and I’m so grateful. I had an emergency and couldn’t make it home till End of day. He accommodated my schedule, fixed my i Overflow valve that was flooding my ceiling. He’s truly generous and kind. This is the second time he’s helped me with an issue at the house And I’m likely to ask for him next time Once again, Josh arrived right on time . This time for maintenance. Thorough and helped to troubleshoot a repair issue. I so appreciate his patience and willingness to go the extra mile to address any concerns and to communicate effectively. Great confidence when Christmas sends him to my house!
