Kevin went absolutely above and beyond with our home inspection. We were in stock how professional and detail Kevin was on our future home. He posted very detailed video and comments to our report and even walked us through the report over the phone. He gave his professional opinion on matters we should be on the look out for and was very well educated through the whole process. We highly recommend Ninnis Home Inspection. This was also our first time working with a home inspector and made us feel confident on the next step we are taking to better our future home.

Kevin did an incredible job with our inspection and clearly explained all of his findings. He happily answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to help us feel confident in our purchase. I was referred by my realtor, to hire Kevin to do my home inspection on a home I had placed a contract on. Within days of moving in, there were multiple deficiencies and issues that were completely overlooked in his inspection. Due to his negligence and carelessness, I had no leverage for obtaining concessions. Consequently, it cost me several thousands of dollars, that I did not budget for since I’m on a fixed income!! I was unable to be present during his inspection, since I am disabled and mostly in a wheelchair. I had trusted him due to his excellent reviews, but he absolutely failed me!!
