These people are awful! They never pickup when they are supposed to & then come when they want to when garbage is spilling over into the road.

I have never left a review on anything in my life, but ADSI is so bad I had to….literally trash. Half the time they don’t even show up on their scheduled date and leave my street looking junky with the cans out for days. Also, they literally throw the can after collecting trash and the cans are all knocked over. You would think they would want to care for their cans and not ruin them by slinging them from the garbage truck. They won’t be in business long with their quality of service. I thought republic services wasn’t great but I would love to have them back as a provider!

Paid for 6 months service on November 11th 2024. Promised trashcan within 2 weeks. Payment processed immediately! I have since called 3 times. My husband has contacted them directly 3 times. And here we are January 26th 2025 !!! Still no trashcan. At this point , do I contact the District Attorney for fraud? They have received Payment and not provided promised (any) service.

I would give them less than a one if I could. They only pick our trash up only half of the time. I have called more than five times to ask them to come back out and pick it up. I pay my bill so you would think they would do their job! I think I’m going to start prorating my payment to them. You pick up my trash every week like you are supposed to do and I will pay the bill you send me. Every time you skip a week, you can’t expect me to pay for what you don’t pick it up!

I wouldn’t even give one star…cans are left all over the road, ON THE ROAD!!! I hit one that was left on the main road (couldn’t avoid because of on coming traffic) & it cracked and scuffed my fender 😡. Our trash was picked up this morning, they left our can ON THE ROAD & didn’t even check to see if it was empty, it still had trash in it. We pay a lot of money to have our trash picked up ‘n gone & this is the service we all get. 😡
