Arrow Exterminators

We've been using Arrow for (quarterly) outside bug spraying and termite stations for several years and are very pleased with their service and price. Their techs are friendly and professional.

We’ve used Arrow for 4 years and are pleased with the quality of the service and the friendly, professional people- both the technician and the ones who schedule the appointments.

DO NOT USE ARROW EXTERMINATORS!! They are extremely unprofessional. Hired to do a termite inspection for a house selling...but wouldn't give me my inspection results until I paid for a FULL termite treatment. Turns out I had no issues with termites at all! They scammed me into paying almost $1,000 more for unnecessary work! Then, their inspector called the the potential buyers and disclosed the inspection results BEFORE contacting me, the person who hired them!! Ontop of all that, the manager Eric, refuses to answer or return my calls! Again, DO NOT HIRE ARROW! Unless you want to be scammed into paying a ton of money!

Been doing business with these people for a few years now. I am very happy with their service and the quality of work. Do not have a problem, referring them to anyone. Thanks for such a great company. Very great customer service with the best employees.

I truly love Arrows Exterminator. The fact that i have not written a review is not an underestimation of my opinion of their excellent service, professionalism, and time. Honestly, I think I left a review on another social media a few years ago or directly to the owner. But from Randy,(retired), to Diana, Dana, Charlene, and Josh, this company has exceeded more than my expectations. From houe to house, you guys have maintained quality service and pampered my critter phobia. And some of you are therapists. LOL 😆 🤣 😂, Lord, I hate mice. Thank you so much.
