Arrow Exterminators

The office and field tech have been great. I have several houses in different areas of Georgia so I have more than one office to coordinate with. I have been using Arrow Ext since 2008. Very attentive and professional.

Tech called on the way to our house (which is in a remote location) to clarify the issues that we were having. Earl was very thorough with his treatment both inside and outside the house. He even called when he completed the treatment to explain what he did and what he found/possible remediation. Super friendly, great customer service, and no issues after treatment (it has been a couple of weeks since the work was completed). Would definitely recommend Arrow - not only was Earl great but the Blairsville office has been super friendly and helpful every time I have called.

Well I've been a customer only a couple of years so far, but ever since we signed up with Daniel Abercrombie we've been very pleased. He always goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. He is not only professional but always has a smile on his face. He doesn't push anything on us we don't need, he's very up front and only recommends services our home and yard need. We're so thankful we got him as our service tech. We feel comfortable when aren't home if he comes by to spray, which is a nice feeling in this day and age. You just don't like anybody around your home when you're not home. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs a great tech, if he ever leaves Arrow, we will too! Keep up the great work...he is truly an asset to your company, need more employees like him

This driver was parking in the ADA parking spot in this area as I was trying to park with an obvious wheelchair on the back of my vehicle. He pulled into the spot cutting me off, and I sat there getting his attention. He waived me off and continued to do pest control. These workers shouldn't park in these spots, they are needed by those of us with disabilities. This is right in front of a Physical Therapy office with a lot of disabled people. This needs to be addressed with ALL of your technicians.

Highly recommend. Jeremiah was extremely professional, kind, courteous and addressed all of my concerns, answered all of my questions. Extremely pleased with the service as well as well as the customer interaction. Best I’ve probably ever had living in multiple states across the country. THANK you Arrow!
