Sheffields is an incredible company. Locally owned and operated both husband and wife are completely involved in the care of their clients. They notified me tho day before they came, texted the morning of, then texted when they were on the way to my home. Their communication is exceptional! They aim to do a tremendous job at reasonable rates. Two techs came out yesterday and those guys made me feel very comfortable in my home. Very friendly, courteous and respectful. For the second time this year, Sheffield's has taken care of us. At the beginning of summer, our upstairs unit stopped cooling. They had someone out to diagnose the problem within just a couple of days, parts ordered, and repairs completed in about 2 weeks total. Another company had recommended a $8900 replacement, so we went to Sheffield's for a second opinion. I'm glad we did because we saved over $7000 by going to Sheffield's. My heat pump wasn’t working correctly so I called Sheffield and asked if they could come look at it. Chris came within a few hours and arrived during the time frame they gave me. Chris showed genuine concern for our issue. He explained everything he was going to check on. He asked me to stay with him so he could show me everything he was checking. After checking everything he determined it was a sensor not functioning properly. Chris was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend Sheffield heating and air!
