Arrow Exterminators

We’ve used Arrow for 20 years. Nate was super communicative with us about his visit to inspect our Sentricon system for termites. He arrived promptly when he said he would and performed his work with professionalism and even improved our current system. His communication with us was top notch. Employing people like Nate speaks so well of Arrow. Call us very satisfied long-term customers.

Nate did a great job with our annual inspection for our Centricon system. After his inspection, he proactively installed three new bait stations. He then communicated to me his findings and the new installment. I really appreciated how thoroughly he handled our inspection.

We’ve had only excellent service with Arrow for the past 4 years. Nate is wonderful he did our external Sentricon inspection and found a spot that should have a station but didn’t, and he went ahead and installed one for us. Chris is absolutely the best! He has been servicing our home and managing our pest control for the whole 4 years and he is a very nice person and lovely to work with. What an awesome hardworking staff and great people! Not to mention we have had zero pest issues.

Well I wasn’t going to leave a review but after I cancelled their Termite Sentricon system that had been w a previous owner they came out to my house without knocking or letting me know then destroyed several flower beds. Mulch was everywhere. I told the sales woman that I wanted to cancel because this commodity service was 50% higher than their competitors. Additionally I politely asked them to please let me know when they are on my property because I have a dog. I guess I made the right choice. I Do not recommend this company.

Nate is always on time and very professional when he arrives. He contacted us several times prior to arriving letting us know exactly when he would be there and what he was going to do as part of the inspection. We always look forward to having Nate come and do our inspections. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
