I placed a same day service call and within 2 hours they had arrived. The technician Ty was professional, friendly and courteous. Would definitely recommend this company.
I had a great experience with NextGen Pest Solutions when a neighbor adjacent to me was the sources of a roach infestation. My home ended up being affected as a result. Shoayb was extremely knowledgeable and communicative about the progress that was being made to eliminate the pest issue.
Roberto did a GREAT job helping with my pest control issue. !!!! He very knowledgeable and made sure he explained what he was doing and why. I appreciate his professionalism.
