Alex did an excellent job with my fireplace. He checked the chimney cap with a drone camera and let me know it was in good shape. Then he swept the flue pipe bottom to top. He laid out protective covering on the hearth, used a shop vac to clean up the creosote. Then he provided me advice on using chimney sweep logs from Home Depot and recommended I get a new firegrate to protect the back panel of my fireplace insert. I will definitely use Chimney Pro for my next chimney cleaning. Alex was a very professional, polite and knowledgable technician.
