Arrow Exterminators

I kept Arrow Exterminators after moving to Roswell, GA because the previous owners used them. Big mistake. They’re pricey, and instead of simply showing up on a consistent schedule, they constantly called to set up “routine” appointments. On top of that, everything is an add-on. A field mouse issue in my basement was quoted at over $3,000 because rodents weren’t included in their regular plan. I switched to another provider where rodent coverage is included and paid under $50/month. Not worth it.

<<< HORRIBLE >>> Not sure what happened to this once fine company. They use to be one of the best. My guess is new ownership. Constant issues and non responsiveness returning my phone calls. I would choose someone else.

Very easy company to work with. My technician is on time and does a thorough job taking care of my house.

Been a customer for years and it has been fantastic. Service is incredibly fast - Same day reply and someone is out within 1-2 business days. You can email, call, or use the service request on the website to get ahold of them and they are so helpful. Jennifer and Rhonda are both superstars and I love the chance to interact with them. I would recommend to anyone. I have had zero issues with bugs thanks to them, and living in Georgia we all know bugs are a staple of life down here... Thanks again to Arrow!
