Carbon monoxide alarms went off at 2am and firemen told us our 40-year-old original furnace was at fault. I called Andy at Arrow Heating & Cooling. He responded promptly and gave me a reasonable quote to replace both furnace & AC. Both were completed the next day. He followed up with the paperwork to register the units, exactly as promised. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

I received a very fair estimate of the cost to have my 70+ year old furnace removed and a new high efficiency furnace installed. They arrived as scheduled, got the work completed fairly quickly and with very little mess, went over the new unit with me, and answered any questions that I had. I am very satisfied with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a furnace replacement.

These guys are great! They were here bright and early and on time, installed my brand new furnace, AC and humidifier, and when they were done cleaned everything up and and it looks great!!! I can't say enough about the positive experience I had with these guys, Andy and Chris knocked it out of the park and made it a great experience.
