ARS / Rescue Rooter

We were very pleased with service, sales and installation. Ricky in sales was wonderful to work with. Steve and Alex installed our new HVAC. They did a great job. Very polite and professional. Cleaned up well. Our new system is amazing! We highly recommend ARS rescue rooter!

Web site needs a "contact us" email address. Still have not received Tax credit information, need QMID (Qualified Manufactuers Identification Number) nor rebate information on invoice for Orlando Utilities Commission rebate. E-mail sent to sale rep, no response yet. Called in to "customer service", but the rebate and tax info seemed to be a foreign language. ARS needs to be all knowing when it comes to the tax incentive and local rebates and how to help the customer in this area. Not happy with how the outside electrical whip was installed, it is too high and should not be zip tied to the outdoor unit. As far as the carpet protection goes, the covers that were used in our home were soiled on both sides, kind of negated the purpose. I know it is easy to forget, but a few times the worke

I had a exceptional experience on a recent maintenance appointment to my air conditioner from a my company I never tried before ARS Rescue Rooter. The technician Quann was very thorough and very receptive to any questions that I had concerning my AC . He came across as very transparent and gave me what I feel a honest assessment of air conditioning unit. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

The Tech (Christopher) was able to arrive within a few hours of my call. He replaced the thermostat on my HVAC system and took the time to ensure I fully understood how to use it. I have dealt with ARS in the past and the service has always been a 5 star experience. I would not hesitate to call them with any of my needs in areas they service.

Angel was very respectful and extremely knowledgeable. He did a tune up on our system and explained everything step by step. He also educated us on a few preventative maintenance techniques that will help prolong the life of our unit.
