Marcus has been absolutely wonderful. We kind of inherited him with the house that we bought. Shout out to the original home owners for leaving us his info. I wouldn't work with anyone else 🙂 He's easy going, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, etc!
I had one line that was not working. In minutes Marcus had found the solenoid for that line, established that it was not an electrical problem, found the leaky hose and repaired it. I believe the service charge was more than reasonable and the price for the replacement parts was also very fair. P,S, The leak was my fault.
Marcus is a really good guy. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. You can trust him!
