DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I’ve never experienced such blatant dishonesty and incompetence. I initially contacted this company over a month ago to repair a mini split AC unit—during Louisiana summer heat, with a toddler in the house. They told me I needed electrical work done before they could continue. Fair enough—I immediately scheduled and completed that work with a licensed electrician. I called them back to inform them the electrical work was completed. They said someone would come out. No one did. I followed up again—still nothing. Then, out of nowhere, a completely unrelated electrician calls me saying the AC company owner, Scott, told him I hadn’t had the electrical work done yet and that he (Scott) had spoken to me about it.
