Artisan Custom Doorworks

We are THRILLED m with our new garage doors! The installation went flawlessly and we are thoroughly impressed by the quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail on both the doors and the installation. I’m so glad we trusted this with our project, it’s everything we hoped for.

Had the doors installed a number of years ago, Red Cedar Material. Then painted white, actually beautiful doors. Right now, can only give this company 2 stars for end product......(1 Star that is....) Over time now, the two bottom panels have had a lot of rot going on, we have been able to order replacment parts in the past to make appropiate repairs. In the past, they sold us what we needed to make the repairs, but now, am being told, they may not sell me the parts, nor will they sell us replacement panels, that we will have to buy completely new doors. These are not cheap doors, I am hoping for a resolution, we are willing to buy the parts for the repairs. We shouldn't have to buy whole new doors, thats just BS!!!

We bought a house with a deteriorating garage door in the beginning of winter. Artisan makes a variety of custom wood and other doors. I feel they do excellent work and as with any wood product there is no guarantee it won't need maintenance. However, this company does stand behind their products and works with everyone who does business with them to resolve resolutions in a way that is beneficial for everyone.

bought two of the best doors artisan has. iam 70 yrs old and didnt want or need doors with upkeep like painting etc. The door were purchased from overhead door of delmar, when they were 3 or 4 yrs old, i noticed the borders separating between each panel, previously the doors looked like one door. Called overhead who referred me to the manufacture Artisan who sent Rodney to dover de. Rodney informed me the doors were delaminating Rodney put screws in the back panels and said if it happens again to call him and he gave me his cell. He also informed me that artisan discontinued using these doors. Some time later panels starting coming off again and i called Matt, the owner. He advised me of a charge and i reiterated Rodney said no charge. He said he was sending a younger more knowl
