Artistic Stone Design

Had a wonderful experience with Artistic Stone Design. Lilly at the office was so accommodating and we went several times to the show room and to look at slabs. The person who came to do the stencil was so thorough, our contractor was impressed. The seam we had to have on the island is so “seamless”, would highly recommend them!

Update: Jack reached out to me and listened to my concerns and suggested a remedy that was more than acceptable. I have updated my review rating and feel very good about the whole interaction. I contacted them to reset my countertops in my kitchen following a water leak where the countertops had to be removed. The price they gave me was very reasonable and I scheduled them to come out. The day they were supposed to come out. I realized that one of the cabinets that had just been reinstalled was in the wrong place and that the small Center Island countertop could not be set on that day. I immediately called them and asked for a quote on how much would be for them to come out. Just for that one to see if I needed to cancel and reschedule or just have them come out into trips. Ren was fantastic! Scheduled an appointment quickly. She had all the specs from my contractor, so she was able to show me what would work best. SO many options. Thankful for the expert advice to help me make decisions quickly.

Each and every encounter with Artistic Stone was exceptional. Everyone was both courteous and competent. Our design consultant, Lea was on the spot from assistance with product information and decision making to coordinating the installation. She communicated regularly and the entire process went flawlessly. Shout out to Ren and the countertop installers as well as the plumber who did the hook-ups. We are so happy with the vanity top, shower shelf and curb we got from Artistic Stone Design! Lea was great and very responsive throughout our selection process (we visited a few times to figure out which color we wanted - went with Corian Calacatta Villa). We were also impressed with the precision of the work on all components - like rounding off a corner on our shower shelf. Would definitely return!
