Artistic Stone Works just installed beautiful new countertops in our kitchen. We were so pleased with the professionalism, attention to detail and commitment to service we received during and after the installation. The new owners have instilled a real spirit of customer service which was obvious in our interactions with craftsmen at each phase of the project. Artistic Stoneworks designed my kitchen cabinets but the functionality is awful. I complained to Becky Moore via email before Christmas and then in person after the holidays. I still do not have any resolution. First, the cabinets I ordered were not the cabinets I wanted. The cabinets I received were my first choice and a lot less expensive than the ones I wanted, I thought okay. They discounted the pricing. Next, the island is NOT secured to the floor so it you by chance lean on it moves three or four inches. After installing knobs, I cannot open my oven door all the way as it was moved over about an inch and a half. So much for cleaning it. The cabinet over the stove does not allow for the over stove microwave I have to be installed. The corner cabinet door opens over the stove making so

Just recently received the delivery of our master bath granite top and we couldn't be more pleased. I appreciated their dedication to quality and ensuring everything was completed to our satisfaction. Artistic is very flexible and easy to work with and I would like thank Becky for coordinating everything and making this a great experience!

Overall I would say that this company has great materials pricing. I got great prices on high quality tile, bathroom cabinets, and bathroom countertop. They did a great job helping me put the crude design I had in my head into a complete design by guiding me through the options within my budget. The service after I had picked out all of my materials left a lot to be desired. As someone who was working they did not schedule things well enough in advance to allow me to make plans to be home or have someone be there when they wanted to come do an installation. I was constantly having to pimp them on when they were coming out to do each step of my install. The only thing this company does itself is countertop production and install.
