Review for ASAP garage door company I haven never felt so good about writing a five star review. The company answered the phone around 10am, and although their main tech was not able to do the job, a technician who was off duty came out to help and his name is Dean. Dean was absolutely impressive in his ideas and skills about how to fix the broken door. We have a barn with a 30 ft tall commercial warehouse door. We keep a 31 foot center console in the barn and we accidentally pulled forward into the door, bending it, the frame, and all of the hinges significantly. (Don’t talk on phone and drive!) Great service from the company, I called the same day my garage door was not working and they were able to help me out even though it was mid afternoon and they were able to send someone to help me out with the garage door. Excellent service from the technician Avi, he is the best, he went above and beyond to replace the garage door motor and the springs, he was able to quickly identify the problem and suggest the best solution. Avi was very polite and professional and he is very knowledgeable about the job, he showed me and explained me everything about the new garage door system, further care and maintenance, as well as warranty. Overall happy with the garage door and install! Avi was easy to work with, he helped me select a door right for my house and worked within my budget. The tech/installer Deveon was great. Being scheduled the day after a 4 day weekend I was expecting issues to arise and I was correct. He was late to my appointment due to an emergency service call. This was fine as it showed me they care about their customers even after install. When he arrived he was polite, knowledgeable and hard working. As he was installing it was discovered he was given 2 window panels and was short a solid panel and was given the wrong opener. No problem, he installed the extra window panel so not to leave my garage exposed and was to return the next morning to swap out the extra window unit with a solid panel, install

I was very pleased with the service and work that the technician named Or did on my door. It was not a typical repair. The j- bar had actually ripped a section of the metal on the door right off. Or fabricated a new piece that is much stronger than the original. Springs were very old so they were replaced. Or was polite, respectful and very competent. Through our conversation while he was there he noticed that I am a veteran and he gave me a veterans discount. Before he left he showed me exactly how to carry out simple periodic lubrication. All said, it was an excellent experience.

ori the technician came out in less than an hour, replaced my springs and cables. The service was fantastic, he was very knowledgeable and knew everything and explained to every little detail. I highly recommend this company and I will be a returning customer for sure! Thank you
