We received service that was nothing short of outstanding from ASAP Roofing & Exteriors from our initial contact with the company to the day the project was completed. The project manger was diligent in maintaining contact and in following up with us during each phase of the repair. Our roof looks incredible and several neighbors have commented on it. We are beyond thrilled with the price, service and product quality provided by ASAP Roofing & Exteriors and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing work done on their roof.

I've given it some time before writing this review. These guys were great, they came out right away to do an inspection. They texted me updates. They even came on the weekend because it was going to rain and I had a giant hole in my roof that was caused when a vent hood had blown off (unbeknownst to me). Highly recommend. Edit - two years later they came back and stood by there work. Really appreciate and respect their professionalism.

Stay away! -- See attached photos! This contractor came in to replace our balcony's membrane and window frames because there was leaking into the apartment below. They have been out three times since they initially finished the work because more water keeps leaking into the ceiling below and still haven't fixed the problem. We hired a forensic engineer to look into the problem, he found that the bottoms of all the window sills sloped in towards inward toward the building. He also found that the balcony membrane did not run up behind the stucco on our exterior wall and the membrane was not sloped properly, causing water to pool on the surface. $13,000 for such bad work! Attached photos of work. Already hired a lawyer to sue.

I wish I could give this 0 stars. I texted the person saying that I would like to make an appointment after much consideration. We even went through how much and stuff but then, the man said “is 11pm. Can you call another contractor. Please”. Like what was that!? I didn’t say I want my roof fix today! I can make another time. And call ANOTHER CONTRACTOR? What was that? And then he never contacted me. Horrible service.
