We were hauling a backhoe from Dover to Shrewsbury when we encountered an issue with our trailer and had to pull over someplace with plenty of room. It was a Saturday, they were closed, so we pulled in the fix the trailer. We had limited tools and were struggling with the repair. Tony, the VP of the company, happened to come by to get something from the office. He introduced himself and we explained to him our situation. Long story short, he jumped right in to help- bringing out tools from the shop getting his hands greasy as if it was his trailer we were fixing. Even though he had plans for somewhere to be, he worked with us till the very last minute and got us on the road. That kind of generosity seems scarce these days. I needed a new transfer switch . After shopping around I figured there’s a company only 10 minutes from me. So I bought my kohler transfer switch here.
