Mike was fantastic. He was very punctual for every appointment, which is very much appreciated. Thermal Logistics installed a new mini split system while I was at work. I recieved a generous discount and they even removed the old furnace. Mike came back at a later time to show me how to operate the system. I have only used the new system for a day, but like it very much so far. Also very happy with the customer service! They promptly responded to all of my texts and emails. I would recommend.

They are always very reliable! My hvac system was turning on but not heating. They were able to come out same day and get it fixed right away! I highly recommend them and will certainly use them again in the future!

Our Boiler was going into lock out and Kliff came out to diagnose. He discovered quickly that the venting was installed incorrectly. Gave a quote which was very fair and fixed the problem.
