TC Backer Construction

We bought a house and knew we would need a new roof. Called around and was pleasantly surprised and happy with the service received from TC Backer. From scheduling the free quote, to Danny Larkin coming out to do the estimate. It has been top notch service. Danny was very professional and respectful of our property. He took pictures and showed us problem areas. He was very detailed in explaining the products and warranties. He has been in constant contact with the scheduling date ensuring us we are on track. His communication and expertise is amazing. Very pleasant experience and I never felt pressured. Can’t wait for our new roof and gutters to be installed.

From quote to install TC Backer offered a top notch experience. We had new gutters, soffit, fascia and windows wrapped. James was great about explaining the process and reviewing the work with my husband with lots of communication around the project. Howard was the project manager and he was always available and responded very quickly to any questions that we had. The installers were super polite and left the work site very clean at the end of each day. I highly recommended TC Backer.

Danny Larkin came out last week to inspect the garage roof, and to see what we wanted (a whole new roof), and what they would need to do to accomplish this. He went over everything that he was looking at in the garage and why with me, and explained what steps would be taken next. He took the time to explain the whole process from beginning to end, and all the products in great detail that were available to us. Did not feel pressured whatsoever, and so far feel very comfortable working with Danny. He’s extremely knowledgeable with the products, and is very professional. Looking forward to seeing the finished results.

I was at the builder show and approached the TC backer stand. Daniel Larkin approached me because obviously I was interested. I explained to him that my house burned down and I was just looking at different things. I told him that there was no potential for a sale because I had a restoration company already contracted to do the work regardless of that he spent the next hour and a half with me explaining how to protect myself from being taken advantage of and know my policy before I’m at the end of this journey and I’m in the hole. . I was very impressed by his interest in commitment to help me with no potential sale so I scheduled a roof estimate regardless because there is potential for a roof to be installed. you have a really good employee there Very impressive

Went to the Home Show. Stopped at TCBacker met an employee named Daniel Larkin. What amazing man. His knowledge was perfect. He took the time to help us with everything and not once did he push us to buy. If you need a roof, siding, windows etc. They hav it all. He spent over an hour explaining in great detail how to navigate our insurance claim very impressive individual. I wish I would've known him when my house burned down.
