Ashcraft Air

Ashcraft Air has been handling our HVAC for years. They are conscientious, honest, reliable and provide good value. The single time I did have trouble with a newer AC unit, Chris promptly took care of it, even though the manufacturer was a bit recalcitrant. They are just fabulous.

I've used this company for over 10 years and have had nothing but good experiences w/them. Today, they ran a dedicated line back to my master bath and installed an electric wall heater, installed another dedicated line for a bathroom outlet, and fixed my humidifier. Whether you need HVAC work or even electrical work, I highly recommend them.

Ashcraft Air provided exceptional service when our furnace went out in the middle of winter. They were quick, professional, and incredibly thorough with the replacement. Everything was explained clearly, the work was done efficiently, and we felt taken care of every step of the way. We would use them again and again—highly recommend!

I found Ashcraft this past week when my old furnace decided to go to heaven :) Needed a whole new install with a sense of urgency, snow storms were coming along with zero degree weather! They have been awesome to work with. Even though they were busy and their schedule was full ,they went out of their way to get here and get it all done promptly when i know for sure they shouldve been at home relaxing with their own families over the extremely frigid weekend. Great group of people to work with....... I should also mention they were able to make it affordable for me( right at Christmas time too) which is huge! Thank you guys so much!!!!

Once again, Ashcraft Air did an incredible job for us! On one of those coldest nights of the year, our furnace began malfunctioning - cycling on and off. I called Ashcraft Air in the morning and within an hour, James was at our house to help. He carefully tested all the components in the furnace and found the problem. Our furnace is working perfectly now. And, with our Ashcraft Service Agreement, the call and the repair was at "no charge." With this kind of top notch customer service, I'm going to be an Ashcraft Air customer forever. :-)
