I called Miller Heating & Cooling after another local company installed a new furnace in our attic and struggled to resolve multiple issues that followed. After months of frustration, I decided to move on and contacted Brian at Miller Heating and Cooling. From the start, it was clear that Brian is extremely knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. He never tried to upsell me or push unnecessary services. Brian and his team quickly diagnosed the issue - which stemmed from the original installation being done incorrectly - and fixed it properly. We finally have a fully working furnace again and I also have a new go-to company for all future heating and cooling needs.

Wonderful service. I was trying to install a nest thermostat and had messed it up to where my heat didn’t work (in the winter). They had someone out in 15 minutes. He explained the issue in a way I could understand, answered all of my questions, installed my thermostat, helped me set it up with my phone, and made sure I knew how to use it before he left. I highly recommend this company and will be using them for all future HVAC issues.
