Neal's Septic Services

Found out my pump quit running and my septic was backing up. New home owner and had yet to have my septic pumped. Called at 3:10 on a Saturday afternoon. Neal’s promptly answered and was willing to come out same day to pump it. He was finished pumping and leaving my driveway by 4:00. He didn’t price gouge me based on a Saturday emergency call. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Will continue to use and recommend. I’m very thankful for him helping me to get out of a bind. Went above and beyond. Thank you!

I have used a couple of different companies to pump our septic system in the past. However, I've used Neal's the last few years and will continue to. Since Ive used several different companies I know the quality of the work he does. He's very thorough and I've never had an issue or problem with him. He's always been pleasant and took the time to answer any question that I've had. He has a system, call him back and leave a voicemail with your information and he always gets back with you. I also think he's the most affordable.

I called Neal's in the AM and he arrived mid day. Mike not only pumped the tank, he performed an additional cleaning procedure. Prompt, professional and courteous service I would recommend to anyone. Mike educated me about the tank system, and offered suggestions on how to upgrade line access for better whole home servicing.
