We were in need of HVAC repairs for a lack of heat. I prefer to use local businesses when possible and Ashworth's was practically around the corner. Don, the tech that came (less than 3 hrs after my call) was knowledgeable and diagnosed it almost immediately. He added freon and made sure the system was working well. Don is very friendly and the price was good too. He didn't kill me like the big outfits will. I'm extremely happy with their service. Thanks Ashworth's and Happy New Year.

Called these when it was freezing cold . No heat upstairs. I’m easy . They didn’t have anybody available for a few days so I was ok with waiting. They send a guy over who is about an hr later than they said but the guy was super nice . Polite . Unfortunately I kinda got the feeling he didn’t really know what he was doing only to be reiterated when they had to have a second guy come in to help him . I understand most customers are oblivious and don’t have a general understanding of how things work regarding gas heat but I do know a good bit . They told me in needs a new board and limit switch . 100 bucks after tax for the diagnostic fee then want almost 700 bucks to do the work . After they left I started to test things . Limit switch was fine . They had disconnected it but it works

Don is an absolutely wonderful guy who is honest and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend his services if you ever need anything done. He's a rare man in the field of contractors and repair. You just can't go wrong with him!

Ashworths heating and cooling is by far the best HVAC repair service I have used. They respond very quickly every time I call and their service is always excellent. They are very thorough when completing any repair. The p[rices they charge are very reasonable for all of their services. For example, I had to call them, out yesterday. I called around 9:15 am and they said they were booked, but would try to work me in. They showed up by 11am!! I was so happy to see that van in my yard because I knew cool air was coming. Overall just a great company to deal with.

Had my first experience with Ashworth Heating and Cooling and I’m very impress. I must say the customer service (Amanda) was very nice! Don the repairman was very professional and explained everything to me about what was wrong with my HVAC system. Price was reasonable as well, better than the first place I called who wanted $189 just for the diagnostic alone. I will definitely be using them again.
