ASP - America's Swimming Pool Company of Rock Hill

ASP was cleaning my pool for almost 2yrs. I stopped using them this past June 2023. They were nice and reliable. Until one day the young man Alan tore the lining in my pool, never said anything took pictures as if nothing happened and went on as if he didn’t just ruin my pool. I coped the company 5 times for help no answer they just ignored me and the problem they just caused. No apologie or anything. I definitely would not chance it with this pool company. You will end up spending more money in the end just to maintain your pool. I’m also reporting this compactor the better business bureau.

Absolutely stellar service! Any time we’ve had questions or issues (even minor), they have been quick to respond! Communication is always clear, reports and photos after every visit. They were even responsive during the closing of our home sale, when we needed extra documentation on short notice! I can easily recommend ASP of Rock Hill!

Was able to get the liner we wanted as well as color matching fixtures. Great job all around, would highly recommend them for any of your pool needs.

This company is amazing. Matt and Brett are so incredibly easy to work with and very professional. My wife and I were trying to find someone to replace the liner in our in the ground pool. We called 4 different installers and only 2 returned our calls. I liked ASP as soon as I spoke to them and was impressed with their integrity and promptness throughout the process. Communication is half the battle and these guy's went above and beyond to keep us informed. Every aspect of this job exceeded our expectations. Our experience with this company was excellent. We had them install a new pool liner, and they did an excellent job. They had a wide selection of pool liners, and they didn't rush us in making our choices. Their installation was quick and meticulous. We've had them come out on other issues, and they have been responsive, courteous and professional. I definitely recommend ASP!
