This past year John undertook the renovation on our kitchen and opening it up to our back living room. We got several estimates from contractors. Aspen wasn't the cheapest, but I immediately felt comfortable and trusted John the owner. The whole process went quite seamlessly. He finished on time and on budget. As with any big project there were some hiccups along the way some minor things and some big things. Every time I brought up an issue John's immediate response was "we will make it right." Honestly it should be on his t-shirts because he always kept true to his word. John's subcontractors all have fantastic working relationships with him. Front Porch Remodel John Ahern, the owner of Aspen Diversified Construction, was recommended to us by a friend and did not disappoint. He transformed our dirty front entry/screened in porch into a completely new room with an amazing view as if we are sitting outside. He knocked out part of a wall and created two beautiful arches to match the rest of our mediterranean home. He is extremely professional and very detail oriented. In fact, if something is not done to his satisfaction he works hard correcting to make it perfect. He does not skimp and cut corners, but instead leaves high quality, beautiful work. I highly recommend for remodeling! In fact, we already hired him a second time to remodel our powder bathroom.

As a local Plumbing Contractor dealing with thousands of customers per year, I am very familiar with how customer referrals based on their experience and the quality of the work that your company performs, leads to a much larger customer base. Aspen Diversified is not only a wonderful company to work for, but John has never let us down with our customers when we have referred him. His professionalism and quality far exceed most of the companies that we have referred over the years. I honestly would not refer any other company to my clients. If you are in need of work in your home, from small jobs to larger ones, this is the company to call.

I would like to clear up a review that was left by Scott Douglas. This individual gave my company a 1 Star review, but the problem is I never went out to his house. Scott if you didn't see me the guy in the picture above or on my website, sorry you have the wrong company. I would have to say I was very disappointed that your would not do your homework and confirm that you were dealing with the right company before writing your review. I moved from Orlando in 2020. I was not doing any business after November of 2020. So, it would be impossible for me to leave in your yard or miss treat anyone. That is not the way I ever conducted business in my 26 years of working in Orlando! You should remove your post Scott!

Had someone show up to my house identify themselves as Aspen Something or other roofers or construction. I found nails all over my yard, and I was calling to find out if this was the company. I called the number. The guy rudely picked up the phone when I asked if he was aspen, roofers, or aspen construction he blatantly said no Despite the fact that the number is listed on the Google page is for Aspen Construction. He then proceeded to tell me he doesn’t have any business in Florida despite having a Florida phone number and a Florida business address.
