We ordered siding and windows for our two-story home from Aspen in May 2022. Materials were delivered in late September and installed in November and December of that year. In January 2025, we reported a consistent issue across nearly all of our windows: a noticeable gap in the installation that causes a slight air draft. Aspen sent a technician in February who confirmed the issue, and a second technician in March who agreed with the first assessment. In April, the second technician returned and attempted to fix one window, but the problem persisted. Since that visit, I've made multiple attempts to follow up with Aspen. Just finished an exterior aluminum trim installation project with Aspen Exterior. Lester and Marty are great. Lester is extremely experienced and helpful with different situation and able to accommodate to different "on the spot" request. Good in explaining the situation and make sure I am satisfied with the end result. Took a while to get the project schedule but, with the pandemic and everything, it is understandable. Material (aluminum coil) used seem top notch and post project clean up is job well done. Really happy with the end result.

Excellent service by everyone at Aspen. They are true professionals; always friendly and helpful, and they return calls quickly. Harry in particular helped me when I couldn’t get my window shut (I broke a pin on the side of the window). I can’t say enough good things about these guys. Replaced the front entryway door to our residence. I shopped around and went with my neighbors’ recommendations. They did not disappoint. My door took the standard 3 mos to come in. When it arrived they set up an install date immediately. The door installers were prompt, courteous, clean and paid strong attention to detail. Collin and Harry made this project seamless. I will use them again.

Duane Jarvais was my rep for Aspen Exteriors. My home was damaged with a tree that fell in a storm and he was there every step of the way. He helped me understand the entire insurance claim and even helped me with a supplemental claim for the flatwork that the insurance company had missed on the itemized ACV report. His integrity and commitment to the customer is unwavering. It is not very often you find someone with his integrity and work ethic, along with his communication regarding every detail. Trust goes a long way when you are dealing with your home and the uncertainties that come with unforeseen damage and dealing with insurance.
