I put a lot of trust into this company because a coworker highly recommended them. He said uncle would do a real good job and I wouldn’t have any issues. The owners son Kevin has no clue what he’s doing. Sold me a high end HVAV / Heat pump for 26K and installed vents in my 12 foot ceilings. The heating is the issue it just goes down and shoots right back up. The owner Larry did nothing to fix this issue, even when he came over I could clearly tell by his face his son dropped the ball on this job. After months of having them come back and try and figure out how to keep the heat lower to the floor I just gave up on them. I had multiple companies come in and they all said the same thing why did they install the vents so high and why did they give you a heat pump for this house. Ultimately I

After receiving an Invoice from Associated Energy Services my husband called to discuss and obtain an explanation of the bill. Linda from Accounts Receivable became frustrated and hung up on him twice. Afterwards, I called and stated how unprofessional that was and we still needed to understand the bill we received. Again, she became frustrated and then hung up on me. When I called back she stated, "yes I hung up on you". I am in total shock.

Was driving on the road and not sure who was driving the company truck but almost caused an serious accident. Very erratic driver and clearly should not hire for services with a company with poor professionalism !

They always answer the phone, no matter what time. Friendly and knowledgeable techs. Came when they said they would.

They have always been very professional, responsive, on time and extremely competent.
