The work itself was fine, but the billing process was not. I received a written estimate for $2,690, but after the job was done they tried to charge more without any written change order or authorization. 23% more! Over the course of the dispute, the company attempted on 10 separate occasions through email, text and VM to pressure me into paying more than the written estimate. When I asked for clarification, the communication became pressured and unprofessional. Never once, addressing there was no Change workorder requested or approved. After disputing the increase, they eventually corrected the invoice back to the original estimate. I paid the full amount, but the experience was stressful and avoidable. Matt and Cody saved us from a lot of trouble. Other Well companies could not figure out our situation. What we thought was a simple pump replacement turned out to be a complete nightmare until Matt and Cody came over and gave us a real genuine diagnosis and fixed our problem at half the cost of what other companies were trying to charge. Matt and Cody are second to none. I would highly recommend them. We were out of water for two months pretty much the whole summer of 2024 due to Bohn and Well Company Not clearing out the cavity with the proper procedure when pulling the pump out, which caused our current well to collapse. Associated Well Drillers is a company hired by our realtor to seal a well prior to the sale of our home. We were charged twice as much as we were quoted. When the owner of the company was questioned about the bill, his email response was ridiculous. It looked like it was written by a child. He complained about how hard the job was and that he and his son got sick because of it, and complained about how cold it was. How someone in the well business is such a baby about the work, and then treats their customers like this is unacceptable. If we would have had a choice, we would never have allowed him to do the work. Based on other reviews, this isn't the first time he has charged double what he quoted. Obviously, he has no integrity whatsoever, and is very unprofessional.

I used Associated Well Drillers to seal a well and remove a septic system for me! They were extremely responsive and easy to work with on the project! Cost was also reasonable! I definitely recommend!

What a great experience, It was refreshing to do business with someone who took care and was diligent. I dont want to say old fashioned, it just felt how doing business used to be. They really came through for us. I would recommend them any day of the week. Thanks so much guys!
