Assure Property Management is a Company that has professional , knowledgeable & attentive owners and employees. We have been dealing with them for over 4 years as the did a complete remodel on our Kitchen & living-room at our home in Corolla. They have also been our landscapers, maintenance and handyman to our home without one issue ever. We have also met them at their Airbnb home in Corolla to see examples of the kitchen to use the design for our kitchen. The home was stunning in the design layout and the craftsmanship and incredibly clean & organized. I always refer their company to everyone we talk to in need of their services. Wish I could give them 5 stars for their customer service!

We’re in our third season partnering with Assure to handle turnovers and general maintenance for our short-term rental. We’ve also used them on a couple remodeling projects. I can’t sing their praises enough. The owners and staff have gone above and beyond for me time and again to keep our home in top shape and our guests happy. I have been a long-time customer of Assure Property Care and this business used to be amazing to work with. However, with ownership changes that have occurred, they no longer care about customer service and in fact blame their customers for their own mistakes and are dishonest. For example, we have had an issue with the cleaners losing our sheets. We know it’s not just us as we have also had sheets appear in our house that belong to other customers. When we raised the concern to Melissa, the owner, she accused one of my family members who used the house of stealing sheets. As another example, they recently repaired our freezer. We received a bill for 2 hours of labor when they had previously described it as a very quick repair. When I asked about it, they responded frustrated that I was as
