I had a complete remodel of the upper level of my home. A brand new kitchen, bathroom and living area. I previously worked with Patterson on a few smaller projects so I had full confidence that the work would be done to perfection. I couldn’t be happier, renovation included a custom bench seating area, new quartz countertops and island. Removal of a window and new window installed along with a fireplace, flooring, new tile bath and enlarged shower, the works. Everyone who works with them, took such care and attention in my home very respectful while keeping things neat in the middle of chaos. I highly recommend Patterson when you are looking for quality!

We used Patterson for 4 bathroom remodels and updates to the kitchen and living room. The project started right on time and proceeded steadily throughout. We relied on the team for selection of light fixtures, faucets and mirrors, even beer fridges - outstanding choices all around. Communication was solid and they promptly addressed issues that were discovered after work began. Work quality was excellent - highly recommend using Patterson.

The crew of Patterson Construction did a great job putting a new roof on my home. From the time they got here at 730 till 5-6 o’clock . The job was well planned out . Taking the old shingles off and putting the new ones on . New vents and vent pipes . All updated and new. Thank you and the crew so much

Patterson Homes and Construction was very easy to work with. We are out of town homeowners, and Rich Setzer organized the replacement our roof to coincide with the one week that was available for the project in the middle of the rental season. He had a large crew there early in the morning and completed the job in one day. Highly recommend this company.

Top-notch job from estimating to completion. Crew did a beautiful job on the new roof install and left the property free of any debris or nails. Highly recommended!
