I'm not sure if things are done differently with inspections in NC than they are in IL but Ben FAR EXCEEDED our expectations! He was responsive, friendly, thorough and his report was amazing! We have never had inspectors like Ben before and now that we know what top quality service is like, he will be hard to top! Other companies should beware because Ben and Sandbar are on another level. We joined Ben when he was finished at the home we are about to buy in Kill Devil Hills and he took the time to go room-by-room with us explaining everything and making sure he answered any questions.
