This review is nearly a year late. Justin and his team are amazing! They were accommodating from the beginning to the very end. They were always available to answer questions and offer their professional opinions. They made several trips to our house with loads samples to help us decide. They were very patient with us during the process of picking a new floor. The rep was very knowledgeable, and helped guide us in the right direction. The installers removed the old floor, and installed the new planks in just 3 days!(3 days is fast considering the flooring job was 80% of the house, and all of the rooms had furniture in them) There was clear, and quick communication from the installers, to the sales rep, to the owner himself, the entire team were polite and professional in every way. Had a wonderful experience from the beginning. Our Sales Rep Michael was very friendly and helpful and we did not feel pressured to buy anything. Once we made the decision to install the Sales Manager Justin was a dream to work with. The flooring is absolutely beautiful and installed impeccably. I couldn't be happier and I highly recommend At Home Floor Store.

Very disappointed with the service here, I paid a lot to get some very nice floors but they are chipping and warping in the kitchen. The worst part is that we had these installed a year ago+ and they were supposed to come finish the transitions to the sliding doors and the closet but they never came and did it. Now I’m worried this color doesn’t exist anymore and we will have Mismatch floors if we go somewhere else to fix. Very disappointing and they never get back to me when I message them.

Cannot be more happy with my flooring! Justin was incredibly knowledgeable about everything and I feel like he heard what I was saying and brought the perfect samples to our home. When I wasn't sure how something would look just from the sample book he went above and beyond to make sure I would know how it would look and be happy with it. It makes our home look brand new and we have fallen in love with it all over again.

Justin and his team were prompt, professional and skilled installers. I'm remodeling a house for resale and time/cost are important to me. Justin worked with me to find the best floor for my house/budget and had it installed within several weeks of me contacting him. Highly recommend!
