My husband and I have had the absolute best experience with this store — and the Hoover location as well. We recently purchased a few larger items (a painting and a chair) and used their delivery service through Roadie. Delivery was scheduled for the very next day, which was incredibly convenient. Unfortunately, when the driver arrived, we learned that our painting had been damaged in transit. Since delivery claims have to go through Roadie directly, it took a few days to work everything out before we could reconnect with the store. That’s when Deval, the manager, truly went above and beyond for us. He personally helped resolve the situation and even took the time to fix the broken painting since the only replacement in-store also had damage. He made sure everything was rescheduled and d

This AT HOME Store in TRUSVILLE, AL. This store is so beautiful, clean, and employees there were very nice when visiting it. If you haven't been in any AT HOME Stores during the holidays, this is the time to do it.

I really enjoyed my visit to the store but it was just not what I expected, something was missing. I was expecting more variety but I saw a lot of the same thing in multiple shapes and colors as far as furniture, pillows, and paintings. It would be great if there was a better variety of products. I do appreciate the friendliness of the employees and their willingness to help you find whatever it was that you needed.

They have very nice stuff at a good price. Get while it is there once it gone it will be a while before they can get some more in. The workers there are nice and friendly, they will help you if you need help.👍🙏
