I can’t say enough good things about this small company! From the moment I walked in, I felt taken care of. Sam is absolutely amazing with customers—professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. He listens to what you need, explains everything clearly, and makes sure the job gets done right. You can tell he genuinely cares about making customers happy. I also want to shout out Lorri, who handles their marketing. Whatever she’s doing is working because this company is growing fast—and for good reason. It’s awesome to see a small business expanding its reach while still keeping that personal, customer-focused feel. Highly recommend supporting this team. Great service, great people!

Beware of this business. We are a non-profit school. Athletic Depot has owed us $366.74 since February of 2022. Jason Tindell is not honest and may not show up on the day he tells you he's delivering the items you've ordered and paid for in advance. Further, when he does show up, he may not have all of the items you purchased. This was our experience. He came to our campus the third day he said he'd be there. He did not communicate he wasn't coming on either of the previous scheduled delivery dates. I went back and counted our email exchange, and he told me 11 different times he was putting the check in the mail that day or had put the check in the mail previously. We have never been compensated for the items he failed to deliver. He's a fraud and a cheat.
