ATI Restoration

I had an issue with my roof leaking into a bedroom. My insurance agent sent out ATI for the cleanup and I had the option to use them for repairs. I opted to use them for the repairs and was very pleased. My project manager Tom Clark was more than helpful. The contractor Walter and his crew were just amazing. I’m so happy with the work they did.

Beyond wonderful! Professional, work is so exact, precise, protects environment before they start. Cleans up afterwards. Explains things in words that a non professional understands. Explained process, procedures and what to expect. They cared for my property like it was their own. Terry, Cameron, and Colin worked together as a team, anticipating each pthers needs. It was a big job and I am highly impressed

My condo was badly damaged by flood 3 floor above which was caused by condensing pipe burst. The initial water mitigation company demolished several dry walls, ceilings , ripped off carpet. Many belongings were damaged, had to through away. Since it happened in July, many companies, contractors were booked up. Or reluctant to come to Center City with parking problems, logistics with condo association. Amongst despair and depression, through the insurance company, I had an opportunity to work with Mark 1 team. The most significant matter for me was their time consciousness, arriving every day on time at 8 AM, working diligently till 6 PM, also you could tell that the team members were willing to help, restore my place, plus I felt they are proud of the work! 9/05/25 ATI Mark1 has provided me with more hope to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Much more extensive water damage then I could imagine in a home I was so happy and proud living in. Terry my Remediation Job Manager recognized that and respected it. He made all the proper moisture tests to begin three floors of water damage that occurred. He explained the process of remediation and the areas of my home’s ceilings, walls, and floors with water damage to be removed and/or repaired. He prepped his 5-7 person crew to each room for demolition and clean-up as required. Thus far this has not been easy for me to manage, but Terry has been a very positive uplifting effect on me and my situation. Thank you Terry… -J.

Woke up to my ceiling bubbled and a massive puddle on the floor. ATI was super responsive and showed up swiftly to assess the damage. Thanks to their quick response time, we were able to isolate the damage and get straight to remediation saving us thousands of dollars in potential repairs!
