ATI Restoration

Over the past few weeks we've had a ton of rain and I was worried about suspected water intrusion into our home. Upon the recommendation of a friend, I called the ATI Restoration national phone number and they quickly forwarded me to the San Jose office, who called me back in less than 5 minutes. Mark N., who is one of the project directors from ATI SJ, came out to my property today free-of-charge to check things out with a moisture meter and gave me very helpful recommendations. ATI San Jose has been very responsive and professional, and I really appreciated their prompt attention and caring for me as a customer. If/when I move forward with remediation I'll be giving them a call!!

Our kitchen and family room flooded over Thanksgiving break. My insurance company recommended ATI. Billy, Jenny and their crew were excellent. They got on it and made sure we were able to get all of the affected material out asap, dried everything out and contained the mold. In the end they confined what could have been an enormous disaster (full kitchen remodel) into a more manageable situation for us. Billy and Jenny were also incredible in their responsiveness and explanation of what had to be done. They listened to our concerns and always made us feel like a priority. I sincerely hope to never need to use ATI again, but if I ever had an issue like that I’d call them immediately.

Had a great experience with this company. The project manager Shane is a great guy. He was alway positive, accommodated my schedule and was always concerned that I was happy with the process and the results. They did a great job.

We had a fire a few years back. ATI came in, boxed everything up and stored it for about a year. When we got our stuff back, some items including jewelry was missing and some of our furniture was damaged.
