Atkins House of Carpet

Great to deal with. We had an ambitious request to install carpet 2 weeks before Thanksgiving and they knocked it out in a week. Price was amazing as well.

Why 3 stars? Heres what I liked and then I’ll explain why I didn't give 5 stars. The people we met at the store were very friendly and helpful. We were able to pick out a carpet we liked and scheduled a time to get it installed into our new house. I honestly would recommend. But why not 5 stars? Ya here’s the thing. The guy who installed the carpet, Jesus (Hey-Soos) did not clean up after he was done even though it was in the invoice. We paid for a carpet install AND clean up. But he did not clean up when he was done. And when asked if he was coming back to clean up his response was “I’m not a maid!” So guess who had to clean it up themselves. So yes, I recommend Atkins, just make sure (Hey-Soos) does not install your carpet.

I have been assisted by Atkins family members and various employees + install contractors; for near a decade. I started with a huge single piece of sheet vinyl, done by an artist craftsman. On to The Premium Plush bedroom carpets. Today's Post LOL -- So after all of your floors have been done in vinyl and laminate -- You Need "area carpets" and here I am again finding the perfect custom solution.
