Called for service and after a discussion it was determined that I did not need a service after all. I appreciate the straight talk and saved me money. I will definitely call them if I ever have a problem.

Chuck and his crew were very professional, on time and had the job done quickly. I would absolutely recommend them.

Stay as far away from this scam as possible. Like many others, I also had a situation where I put down a large deposit before Chuck went missing for weeks due to a ‘medical’ issue. Work was not completed timely. He attempted to charge me $400 for fireplace cleanings that another company had done 2 weeks prior (I had chuck there for repairs). The part of the fireplace that was replaced has now cracked 4 months after installation and I can’t get in touch with Chuck. Right after he finished the work he was already telling me that a different inspector might say the chimney isn’t up to code, but to trust him that it’s good. Use a reputable company to do your chimney work.

Unresponsive and unreliable. I was supposed to have a chimney inspection since end of May. It’s August and no hearing back from Chuck. I rescheduled the inspection 3 times already. Not even his secretary Maria is courteous at returning calls. Eventually he responded after calling him from a different phone number and upon asking about the scheduled inspection he said he had to take his mother to the doctor. However he did not informed his staff nor had the courtesy to at least pick up the phone and say he’s unavailable due to an emergency. He just simply ignored my calls. I assume Chuck is focused only on the large jobs and too bored to take care of small jobs.

Chuck came out and explain what the cap would be made of how it would fit and warranty. He was on time with his appointment which had alway been important to me. He called and let me know his crew was on their way. Again they were on time. They did a great job with the installation and I could be more pleased with the results. I highly recommend this company. I certainly would use them again if a need should ever arise.
