This company has a second name of Southeast Environmental Solutions and under that name they came through from State Farm to do the asbestos abatement in my house. They damaged my hardwood and linoleum floors with their equipment. They refuse to give me details of the work performed and just sent a grand total as the invoice amount due. After contacting them about the damaged floors they never responded and have now threatened me with legal action and accused me of insurance fraud because I wanted a small amount of funds deducted so from the bill so I could fix my floors. I never signed any contract with them. The floor damage is only part of the issues I had with this company. You can't google much information about them under this name, and I wish I had googled Atlanta Fire & Restorat

Great experience with this company. Professional, prompt and very knowledgeable! Their crew did a great job and went above and beyond to make sure that the end result was amazing! Highly recommend!

Quite possibly the worst business people I've ever had the frustration of dealing with.They came to me direct from State Farm and I trusted them because of that. They were difficult to work with, have strained relationships with their subcontractors and wrote a contract with a local flooring supplier in my name (homeowner), charged us for the labor and materials with a mark-up, and then never paid the supplier. They do not return calls. Find someone else and count yourself lucky that you saw these recent reviews before hiring them!

DO NOT USE THESE FOLKS!! They are insurance pets and only have StateFarms best interest in hand, not the homeowners. They are paid by StateFarm to write cheap estimates, all to take advantage of the homeowner. If StateFarm schedules them to come to your home, RUN!! Hire a public adjuster.

Everyone at Atlanta Fire & Restoration has been very professional and has handled our damage in our home with such care and empathy! Emily has been my main point of contact and she has kept me calm in the storms called insurance and adjusters!
