Disappointing , we asked kindly to use the fuel pump that one of your crews was blocking and they denied just because they were in lunch break ! There is people waiting for pumps and do not have the time to wait on people to finish their lunch! It was not difficult to move somewhere else like a PARKING SPOT! We are in a time where people need to help each other out and not be rude!

As an association manager, ALG is hands down one of my go-to landscaping companies. Anytime an association needs a new landscaper, Devin is the first person I call. Homeowner complaints have been very rare, and when they do happen, ALG is quick to respond and make it right. It's such a relief to have a team I can trust.

The quality of service from this company is very poor. They are the current landscape maintenance provider for the community where I live, and our community looks the worst I have seen it in the 5+ years. Save yourself the headache and go with a different landscaping company.

How do I give zero stars? This so-called landscape company is beyond bad. They have been servicing my neighborhood for the last few years and have recently been refusing to pick up ANY branches or sticks brought down by storms as it’s not in their contract. If picking up downed sticks isn’t part of landscape management, then what is it? I’m talking about sticks that are easily picked up by hand, not oversized limbs requiring cutting. Today, I witnessed the guy with the blower step over some branches on the sidewalk and, when he accidentally kicked one off the concrete, stooped over and put it back on the sidewalk! They also prune shrubs without any know how and have destroyed my azaleas by trimming them just before spring. They also use chemical spray to “liquid edge” resulting in desira
