Atlantic appliance LLC of Moneta was refreshingly responsive and sensitive to our needs to have a dis functioning Bosch speed oven repaired before our kids and grands descend on us for the summer. Problem solved and Erica was great to work with.

Had an issue with an appliance. Called several providers of repair services. This business was one of the few that followed up on our inquiries. We ended up using the manufacturers warranty dept to make the repair, as the appliance was still in warranty. But i can say that Atlantic was highly professional regarding communications with us. That is a good sign of how they will treat you if you use them. Thank You Atlantic for being in tune with the needs of your customers.

This company put a part of in my refrigerator and it didn’t work and they would not fix it. I called several times. Now they say it has been past 30 days and they won’t fix it. I called them several times before the 30 days passed. Would not even come and come it out. The person who answered the phone practically laughed in my face. She sounded if she enjoyed telling me the warranty had ran out. This company doesn’t care about customers, just the money. I paid approximately $400 and my refrigerator does not work. Shame on them!

Had a sporadic leak from the bottom of our refrigerator. Atlantic Appliance came out, diagnosed it as a clogged defrost drain line, and fixed it. Excellent service, and David was polite, efficient, and professional. Two years ago he repaired out Samsung dryer, also quickly and successfully. Excellent.

I had a very positive experience with Atlantic Appliance. They were timely in the response to my concern and were able to make the corrections on the first visit. Technician was polite and a pleasure to work with.
