These are great cabinets and the service is great, too. The people who help you and who own the business are Chinese Americans. If you try to be polite, then they will return with politeness. The cabinets are difficult to assemble, regardless of how talented and skilled you are, but they have a team of experienced people who can assemble them with ease.

This the place I go to get my kitchen cabinets for my wine bar. I got a shaker white shaker cabinet. I chooses the option to assemble it myself. It looks really nice.

The biggest issue was the language barrier. Sometimes difficult to communicate unless you know fluent Mandarin Chinese. Didn't really get a warm and welcome feeling when shopping there, but this may strictly be a cultural thing and not intentional. The work was satisfactory as we had kitchen cabinets, a basement wet bar and a master bathroom cabinet done. Another issue arose with the appliances. They do not reinstall any appliances. This also includes the vent hood, which we either had to pay the installer to reinstall for $80 or do it yourself. I chose the latter. In the process of uninstalling the vent hood to finish the cabinets they lost most of the screws holding it in. I have used in the cabinets for probably 10 kitchen remodels here in the Washington DC area. Specifically I have used Jennifer in the Laurel Maryland branch. I am quite pleased with their products and customer service. I noticed that others say they are rude to deal with. I have not found this to be the case. I do think sometimes there is a little bit of the language barrier and perhaps a cultural difference in that they are very direct in their manner of speaking and I think sometimes Americans are not used to that. The cabinets are semi-custom meaning they are already essentially preassembled and they just come and put them in place. I think for the price they are quite high-quality. Yes you will get a higher quality cabinet in some other places but you will be two or three times the p
