Since the retirement of Trish the support of yearly (don’t know the correct word) clients, the calls to turn the system on/off, Trish would make multiple calls if I didn’t respond in a timely manner. Now you are fortunate if you even receive a voice message. Therefore only two stars.

Of the four companies from whom we received estimates, Atlantic was the highest; however, I'm also convinced they were clearly the best. From the original plan to their responses to my many questions via email to their coordination to the install to their flexibility with a literal last second change, Mary and crew impressed. And the plumber they used was exceptional. Now, over two weeks after the install, my wife and I are convinced it was money well spent. And, yes, we would do it all again.

The sales process was very well presented and explained. Installation was on time and neatly preformed. They cleaned up and left the property in great shape. The Installation manager walked us through every detail of the operation of the system. We chose the computer app and love being able to see and change watering schedules on our phone. The grass is already looking so much better with our regular watering. Very happy from beginning to end of work.

Horrible customer service. We had an appointment- they did a NO call, NO show. Then I had to have 2 appointments so the cost was $700 to get my sprinkler system up and running. They never checked the rain feature and wanted to charge me additional $130. Did I mention that you have to call over and over and over to reach someone and no one returns messages.

I was debating whether or not to publish this review, but I did want to express my frustration at my recent experience with Atlantic Lighting & Irrigation. My family and I recently relocated from out of state to Maryland this spring. The house we purchased here had a pretty nice outdoor lighting system – about 50 fixtures – and was in need of some repair that was neglected by the previous home owner. In the paperwork that was left for us at the house, we found that Atlantic Lighting and Irrigation installed their lighting system (which was also confirmed by their office) a few years prior.
