Atlantic Parking

It’s my go to Place for going to anything at capital one Arena I mainly use SpotHero to reserve a place. Around Christmas time can be tricky to get in and out of there because of the crafts festival that the city puts on blocks one pathway.

Parking space was great, the bar code reader wasn't working on the regular entrance so we had to walk down the ramp but let me tell you about a great employee there. Very cordial, really great guy was Henock! Five stars to him and 4 to the garage. After five till close, midnight, flat fee at $12,00. Henock was really nice explaining that one minute could save us 14 bucks.

Multiple signs with different closing times. Really should opt for a clear sign to specify last entry last exit time. Garage gate closes at 12pm but u are still able to exit till 3am. The gate opened as I drove up to it on my way out.

Better rates than hotel valet. Easy to get in and out. The machines to read your ticket, card, etc don’t work very well but there is an attendant there to assist.

I purchased a parking space here online through GoTickets for an event happening this past Saturday. When I arrived (during the timeslot I paid for), the lot was full! The employee directed us to another garage farther away. The garage he directed us to did not accept the pass/ticket for the other parking garage and we had to pay an additional fee to park. The cost was surprisingly low... which made me wonder if the two lots might have been in cahoots??? I don't know. But I paid an exorbitant amount of money for the parking spot in the full lot. I went to GoTickets chat support today starting at 11:09 AM.
