Remodeling our bathroom. Needed high end fixtures for shower, double vanity, tankless toilet etc. went into atlantics long branch showroom. Met with an abrupt can I help you from the woman at the first desk as you walk in. After asking for a minute to look we asked for more specific help. She acted very lippent and unhelpful. Wouldn’t give suggestions about differences in quality etc. acted like we weren’t worth her time. Went to Kholer showroom just minutes away and was treated with pure professionalism and the level of care expected from a quality professional retail store. Proceeded to spen $5,500 that I was grateful we didn’t give to Atlantic plumbing supply. People should be treated with respect regardless of their appearance or if they want a $50 faucet or 50k setup.
