Terrible service I don’t understand why the parking lot for my residential area is not managed by my residential area. But It seems like a money grab and they allow people to break in and steal cars. There’s no security even though they want you to pay $125 a month to park there. Overcharging students should not be your business plan.

Wish I had read the 2 reviews before booking a monthly there and for a series of months. My car got scratched recently and they accepted no responsibility. In fact they responded after weeks to my filed "incident report" and one of the reasons they quoted accepting no responsibility is the fact that the "car had no obvious scratches when it got parked that day" -??? BUT that was exactly the point - my car went in with no scratches but came out with scratches ! Horrible management. I have with my own eyes witnessed a valet guy scratching a car in front of that car's driver!. The parking lot is super tiny. Was just a convenient location very close to my office. I put a dent on my own car ( that I paid $1,200 to fix) due to the tiny space and how they squeeze cars as they try tp fit as many

DO. NOT. PARK. HERE. Your car will be TRAPPED at night or the weekend, as hours are NOT posted for the garage and it closes on the weekends, or very early. I had to call an "after hours line" of the garage company after security refused entry because "nobody is there" (NO HOURS POSTED!). Charged $50 for the door to be OPENED (had to wait 30 minutes), on top of a $57 parking ticket FOR A SINGLE DAY/NIGHT. DO. NOT. PARK HERE. You will be ripped off on purpose. Hours are not on online, or anywhere on the building.

The parking garage on 1900 Block of K Street doesn't have any hourly rate posted. Only a rate for 20 minutes and a max rate. Who does that?! be prepared to pay $18 for anything over an hour and then be prepared to be told that you can either pay it or leave.

So much time wasted trying to get in or out of a garage that I pay monthly for. Terrible customer service for a terrible product.
